UPDATE #39...The Air Jacks Are Plumbed: New Suspension Parts Ready To Go. PICS !!!
The Beast is almost complete with modifications that were planned last year. The Air Jacks are plumbed and work great. The car is at paint right now finally getting it's scheme. I chose a version that Adam Boca came up with and those that have been following from the beginning will have an idea.

The car returns to the shop in one week to have the following suspension parts installed.
Because this car is lowered, the geometry of the car as it sits needs to be adjusted.
Below is a pic of the new front upper control arm. It works very well allowing more space with the coilovers.
I've laid it atop the stock arm so you can see the differences.
Here is a picture of the rear upper arm. This piece is custom made and very solid.
The pic below is an actual Z06, not my car but you get the idea. The arms will be connected by spherical bearings, much like the rest of the suspension already.
The new uprights are a thing of beauty.
Suspension smorgasbord!
Here is the nozzle that pumps the nitrogen into the air jacks. It connects very much like a pneumatic impact wrench, hold back valve cover, snap into place and release. Although hard to see, the nozzle has two pieces.
The nipple the nozzle fits on.
Abracadabra! She's up!
I'll post some pictures once the car returns from paint. It may be missing a few stripes but you'll get the idea.
There is one more cool piece coming in next week as well.
The car will be ready as it was originally intended very very soon.
If all goes as planned it will be at the NCM track events this year.
Those that have lowered their Z06's, may want to order a few of these parts. Who's first?

Esp sent me to the forum.
Nice goodies Mike. Thanks for posting some hot stuff. It was getting a little drab around here.
Are those arms steel or aluminum?

No need to be secretive with my buddies!
Here's a pic from Update #16 (link is in the history above) back on March 25, 2007
This scheme will be close to this with some slight changes.

C'mon, Mike - if you don't already have it - you might as well get your SCCA license.
That's way too much car for HPDE's, my friend. That type of beast needs to be run in ANGER!!
Hey -- at least that way, your GUARANTEED to make it a "perpetual project."
Back on-topic -- very nice, as always!!! Guess there's not much left of the original "donor-car," huh!?!
Cheers.

Mike,
the suspention looks as well engineered as the rest of the car. Adam had so many great designs for paint, making a decision on which one to choose could have been tough. I'm looking forward to hearing about the adventures with the beast when it's back on the track.
