UPDATE #23...Tons Of Pictures. We Are Just A Few Weeks Away From Ignition. PICS!!
Finally, the car is a rolling chassis (two-bolts shy). Suspension is just about done. Brakes are on, Pedal Box is installed, Dry Sump Tank, etc.....
This car is very close to being complete. The Tuner should be in next week to fire her up! Body Panels return from paint by weeks end and will be mounted immediately.

UPDATE #22...Now how in the heck does all this stuff go back together? PICS !!!
Coil-over Canisters have been mounted along with the fire suppression.
This is the Pedal Box Mounted. The Gas pedal goes on next. I might need that.
Harness wiring mounts.
Dry Sump Tank mounted and Plumbed.
Take a good look here at the suspension. There is no rubber, just bearings!
This is the master cylinder. There will be a separate fill for front and rear brakes and the clutch of course.
I said in my prior posts regarding shocks that Pfadt was a good product. I obviously believe so! Aaron is a stand up guy!
I will have adjustable mufflers/straight pipes to control the noise restrictions.

The following two pics are the Brembo GTR Monoblocs Brakes. The one-piece calipers weigh almost nothing!
Changing the pads takes literally seconds!
I will be running P-Zero Pirelli Slicks...massive grip. I wanted to run these on my Z6 but they would've torn everything up underneath.
painrace will appreciate this pic. It's a clutch bleeder valve.
The red item you see here is a vacuum sensor and will bleed off when needed.
Fuel cell for those that haven't seen one. This is a safety item.
Oil Filter.
Port covers from a little known engine maker!
There will be a lot of fast changes going on over the next ten days. I will do my best to capture most of it.
Feel free to ask any questions!

Freaking awesome man!
It is unreal to see how fast it is coming together! The suspension, brakes, engine, and everything is looking top shelf! I am so excited for you! I am sure you are getting stoked!
I look forward to get a ride in it...

We are having the Bobby Rahal Vintage Race at our track in August. It will be in the Joliet Parade. That's about the extent of the street it will ever see. Although I do think it would be funny to drive this thing on the highway in the right lane very slow!

This is where we can see the goodies.
Hey Mike, Is there going to be a traveling pit crew for all of this far out stuff? Looks like you may need one.
It sure must take one man for a sick car.

Mike,
Beautiful work. Great choices for all the parts for the build. Even the plumbing looks great. I can't wait to see her take some laps in anger.

Almost,
The shop has a track-side garage so I'm only a push away from help.
