Save the fit and finish comments as there is still a little more tweaking to be done. Overall, the body work fits great but it took a lot of time. Each piece has been carefully aligned next to the other.

The hood will be pinned down hence the small holes you may see up front. It was actually completed later on after these pics were taken.

The next few weeks will yield quite a bit of progress. I'm still shooting for VIR at the NCM HPDE.

Fire away with any questions or comments!

My work here is done...at least for a little while. It feels good to be a spectator again. It's great to see it start to look like a car again. I'm off to bed soon....visions of the Pratt & Miller wing will dance in my head.

Is this thing going to be quicker and faster than a C6-R? Are you racing in a particular class? Or is this just a ***** out personal racer effort?

Mkay I'm drooling

I really like the rear wing. I want to install something like that on my Z06, but don't want to be labeled as a ricer wannabe. On your car it simply looks awesome!

Jason, You may not be aware of this, but you can paint it VR! IT won't be as fast, but it'll still look cool!

My priority now is to get it running. I'm close to a paint scheme but will not fully complete it if it's going to cost me seat time.

Heck yes!

Half the fun of tracking my Z06 is taking people out for rides and instruction. This race car should up the thrill factor a wee bit!

The body panels, depending on the pieces, are from a few different places. If you'd like further info please PM me.
