Now that I've driven the beast, its my turn for an update. This time you get to see the car from an independent point of view.
I only drove the car down the street in front of Katech, so I can't really give a performance analysis. It would be like trying to describe the performance of an F16 without leaving the runway. This is a caged animal that does not want to move slow. The clutch is an on-off switch and you have to spin the tires to get moving off a stop. Climb in, strap into the Scroth racing harnesses and flick the master switch. Ignition on, starter and she fires up. The Motec dash keeps you informed as fluids are coming up to operating temperature. Give it a few quick revs and it jumps up quicker than any street vette you'll ever find. The lighweight clutch and flywheel allow it to spin up so fast while making it difficult to start from a stop. A little bit of practice and it can be done though. The pedals are nice and close together for easy heel-toe. Its a little quiet for me though. I would really like to see side-exit open headers like the C6.R.
The car is angry to be lugged down the streets. It wants to be unleashed to its full potential. I can't wait.

This post is like having Jessica Biel open the first few buttons of her shirt to reveal a lace bra underneath! - NEED MORE -
Thanks for posting, Jason. The quick-revs on that car are astounding.
Can't wait to see that other guy's beast unleashed! You know, that guy, the one that keeps posting about some crazy contraption he's hammering together in his back yard....

Only drove it in front of Katech? If I recall, you did a few hot laps around the Performance Build parking lot.
Two things about the cars exhaust volume.
1) My home track has limits on noise.
2) Because there will be a passenger seat, the exhaust could not be routed through the side of the car. I may change this in the future but the second seat is a must.......for when you come down for a ride.
The Full Potential?......You want the Full Potential? You can't handle the Full Potential!

This car is like a woman. you have to take your time and move slow. She needs time to warm up before you can jump on her.
It isn't anything like the 3 minutes you're used to.
