I replaced the shifter bushing after the car left...

I replaced the shifter bushing after the car left me stranded and locked in park. What a pain! I disconnected my battery while doing the fix and now I do not have a clock anymore. :willy:

They are not supposed to lock unless you pull all the slack out before fastening them. If you are not pulling all the slack out then I would say yours are defective. Pulling them all the way out...
