It's really nice to have two 9K RPM NA engines in the garage.....I also have an AM V12 Vantage S dogleg manual that makes a ridiculous noise as well:cool:...nothing like a 12 cylinder bass...

As a Porsche and Ferrari and previous 18 year Corvette owner, I agree some Porsche boxster/cayman owners may leave the brand for the new C8, but such a small amount to make any financial difference...

it's too bad that you can't upgrade stock tires to Cup 2's in the configurator (for an upcharge) on the Z51 rather than the all season Pilot Sport 4S tires .....better off just getting second set of...

Kevin Estre also did it in a RWD GT3RS in 6:55

Both were on Cup 2 R's, so they are street...

I don't think people are inferring the base/Z51 car could do it, but rather the hi-po versions to come...i.e.- Z06/ZR1 variants if they make them...those will be closer to $100k probably.
