Actually, yes. The overall lines are similar. Comes from having a streamlined body, and an overall sporty look. Are they identical? No. But close enough for most people to not be able to tell....

Fairly sure "Stingray" = "base" while Z06 is "base+1". If we see a ZR1/ZR-1 it will be "base+2".

I'm a youngin, "stingray" doesn't do anything for me. Names are just arbitrary designations anyway.

Maybe its less about avoiding airborne and more about making it feel less "floaty" at speed? Avoiding liftoff isn't the only objective for downforce.

Wow. I think Id rather get a ZR1 and trade somebody for the Z06 front fenders and a CF hood than the other way around. Expensive!

But that really IS a great price for a CC brake upgrade.
