Also check between the radiator and a/c condenser for heavy debris buildup. I’ve seen that extremely often. It’s not that hard to clean out.

TPMS sensors are nothing special. Most of them are dual frequency nowadays and are simply programmed to the car by connecting a programmer and copying them in by obd (that’s the easiest way anyhow)....
