So - I have 2 400 small blocks for sale.

Both are the 330817...

The size of the kurl on the lug nut (ribbed part that goes into the wheel bearing) seems to...

Re: Who else thinks Ecklers is the worst company ever? (EricVonHa)

I've heard allot of complaints about them - enough that I plan to stay away.

I usually deal with Summit - they know their stuff and they are the cheapest that I have seen so far.

M.A.D. isn't...

Re: 418 stroker? (Got PSI)

Long strokes limit RPM potential because the piston is moving up and down in the bore so fast, that it doesn't give the cylinder much time to fill with air.

I know this why???

I read it in Hot...

Re: I'm crying my eyes out.... (dans86)

Do what I do, put a bumper sticker on your car that says "Guns don't kill people, I kill people" and another one that says "Gun Control means hitting your target"

Nobody will touch your car, and...

Re: stupidest thing ever said about your vette? (jackyl)

A friend of a friend asked why I would work on the car myself, instead of just sending it to the garage. Duh, because I like to, nitwit.

He then told me that his 87 Mustang was a far better car...

Re: scope of Engine damage (sputnick)

Lots of damage if the piston comes apart. As a matter of fact, it's been my experience that whenever anything comes apart in a motor, it is very bad.

As far of the pistons, how long are you going...

Re: What's the worst thing that's happened to your vette? (qblue92)

That story does suck.

The worst thing that I did was decide to sell my first Vette. A mistake I will never make again. But to add insult to injury, this guy I worked with was pretty interested...
