It's more of a clamp than a bracket, but again...

It's more of a clamp than a bracket, but again the assembly manual will show you the exact dimensions on the inner fender.

It's just a sequencial job number assigned to the body/car when it went down the line.

Master cylinder dates

The castings are Julian dated. The "date" is visable from the output line side of the housing. The attached show a "98" for example. The year is dictated by the size of the line.

66s do not have that "extra" vertical piece on the drivers side. Left and right side should look the same, i.e. no vertical piece. That was used to cover the rear vent motor area. 1966 = no vents...
