I'd do the led upgrade since you are having to buy new bulbs anyway. It really improves the look of the interior and it's a pretty simple change.

I have them on my car. They fit great. I mostly street drive my car but I do run around the road course for a couple days each summer. I'm running nitto invos. I'll see if I have any pics for you.

Not sure why it would matter. It's a pretty anonymous setting. Plus if you already got and paid the ticket you've already been prosecuted so it has no bearing.
