I've been at mine for 5 years, I'm now into the final body work and getting it "perfect" enough to suite me. The plan is to have it ready for paint next spring and on the road by summer '14.

I did exactly what you have done here on my 78 when I restored the frame; I was very careful to re-weld the #1 body mount using the same diagram you show above. All of my measurements were right on....

Actually, it is 5/16" brake line, and the double flare fittings on these will fit the transmission perfectly. I bent up the cooling lines for my 2004R using two $6 pieces of line from the NAPA store.
