great numbers OP ! maybe install a A/F gauge ,tied into your exhaust system .then you can fine tune your A/F with the air bleed jets .a vacuum pump will add 10-15 hp to your combo .

hopefully you block is ok .you could do a 396 sbc with a 3.875 stroke and your current block .I like those dart blocks combos you listed .saw a 427 sbc with a dart block for $4250 at competition...
