No idea, but they still mark the brake reservoir to use DOT 3 instead of DOT 4. And we all know that DOT 4 is superior to 3, so there is no tellin.

You could also use DOT 5.1, as it is compatible with DOT 3 and 4 and has as higher temp tolerance than the others.

Just opens up more options.

Oh and there is a section that is for Gen IV motors which includes the LS7s so you could go in there if you wanted...

Also would need to check into a clutch package, as i am not sure what the speed rating is on that and if the pressure plate would be able to keep an adequate enough clamp load on the disk.

I would imagine they say to drain the coolant because if they still run a coolant line through the throttle body like they did on the F-bodies to "prevent throttle body icing". If they did that again...

I dont think you would be able to crank it fast enough by hand to pre-oil the engine like he is wanting to do.

When i put a new motor in my last car all i did was pull the fuel pump fuse and crank...

If it seized then i would clean out any and all oil passages that you can. Check intake for anything as you would any part before it goes back in. But the difficult part is going to be getting it...
