I wouldn't own a C2 if it wasn't for the low buy in of the 64. At the same time, I have never understood how low the prices are compared to the other years. I would expect lower, but not THAT low.

I also just bought a 1975 Trans Am with a 73 455 motor. I am finding that the 75 TA is the red-headed step child of the TA world so it's in good company with the Vette. LOL

I am SO glad that my 64 is a Frankenstein with no matching numbers to anything. I can drive it every day and not worry about stuff like this.

No modifications here. I did have to put the spacers on top of the transmission brace due to a saggy floor pan, but who doesn't sag after 59 years.:D
