Before mine went it sounded like the noise a bad catalytic converter will make and went away completely at about 3000 RPMs. My brother and I replaced it on my garage floor, I'm guessing about 10-12...

I deleted the mufflers on my C6 and I used to get compliments on it all the time. Not ridiculously loud like people seem to think and sounded way better than my C7.

I put the Z06 shocks all around on mine, pretty sure a few others have done the same. Don't waste money on the simulators, find somebody with a Tech 2 clone, takes 5 minutes to code them out
