Just read a quote from one of the car mags that said most high performance euro cars are rated at "dry" weight. No oil, no fuel, no coolant. I just read it a couple of months back but it may be done...

Since the GM Proving Ground is in Michigan, I can't imagine they would sell cars with tires that were not made for the car they are selling no matter what model.
