That's a 4150 series with primary and secondary metering blocks. The 4160's had a front metering block and secondary metering plate. The 6619-1 is 600 cfm flow rated.

OH, and forget the OEM lifters too and get a set of aftermarkets from Comp, Crane, Edelbrock or other cam grinder. They won't pump up at like the Chevy parts. Then be sure to follow proper break-in....

No, you cannot mix Dot 5 brake fluid with Dot 3 or 4. There is very little advantage to using Dot 5 for the street outside of the fact that it doesn't absorb water as do the ether-based Dot 3 and 4...
