Washed my 2009 arctic white 6 speed standard C6 39,000 miles yesterday, took it for a ride and engine light came on.

Engine coolant temp got up to 216 f, checked it out after returning home.

That sounds right, bought the 09 when it was 2 years old, it only had 1 fob.
Seller told me to get second fob from dealership and he paid for it.
Dealership programmed second fob.

I don't have the "fob left in car" warning turned on.

doors were unlocked.
Repeating with 1 fob and find it's locked.

I use the passive door lock, (doors lock when leaving car) and it works great.
When travelling across country, I carry both fobs on my person.

I have made the round trip from South Florida to Michigan and back (2,600 miles) eight times.
Plus other driving, and there is not one mark on the front end.
