Dyno's need to be constantly calibrated and maintained, most dyno shops seem to just ignore these important facts. So just because its on the same dyno, unless its same day or very very close back...

My guess would have been that they spend a good portion of their life sitting on a shelf. Toyota stores all their old GTP cars on industrial grade shelves at the TMS warehouse in Gardena, CA.

Did you actually dyno this motor on an engine dyno? Nineteen percent drive train loss is hard to believe, my bet is more like 10-12% or 750 crank hp.

Its not a rumor, it was run along side the ACR's to see what it could do.

ACR X has slicks/headers/exhaust/ecu it is not a street legal car anywhere.

There is not 1 category that a zr1 could even match a cup car in yet alone win. My bet is a civic and a zr1 would be closer in performance than a zr1 and a cup car.
