Default **800 Naturally Aspirated HP from LG Motorsports**

Hi guys,

That is correct, and you are not reading the title wrong.

800 HP at the flywheel WITHOUT Turbos, Superchargers, or Nitrous!!!

800 HP without having to worry about intercooler heat soak. 800 HP without having to worry if your bottle pressure is high enough. Torque on demand at any RPM that you want!

  • 8.0L Endurance prepped shortblock
  • LG Motorsports G8x4 ported heads
  • G8X4 cam
  • K&N Intake Manifold
  • Ported LS7 intake manifold and throttle body
  • Prototype 2" Long tubes
  • Full 3" corsa catback
  • 3.73 gears
  • Exedy Triple Carbon clutch

We are talking 100 HP and 100+ FT-LBS MORE than stock by 3000 RPM!!!!!

REAR WHEEL HP SHOWN, DynoJet Chassis figures 14-15% drivetrain loss = 798 to 808 Flywheel HP

See and hear it on the dyno!

Stay tuned for yet another big cube motor that we are working on right now that should prove just as interesting!

Please call, email, or PM me with any questions about this package and how we can get one together for you today!

awesome numbers! Why did you guys put a catback on? Wouldn't ruin exhaust flow and power numbers?

Noise restrictions at his track did not allow open headers.

Very impressive, never seen anything like it NA.

1. Aluminum block?
2. Cost?
3. Could this be livable for a street car? Or is this a track-car type of setup?

1. Yes it is an alum. block....no extra weight from iron here.

2. Depends on the build, and what you have now that might transfer

3. Oh incredibly streetable. While this car was a track car, the cam was designed more for life than peak numbers so even this one was very very drivable. We can still go bigger with the cam

First, I want to say that I am totally impressed. You guys continue to push the envelope.

On the other 8.0 litre are you going to have a more aggressive cam? I think I can speak for many here and that is WE WANT TO HEAR THE BIG CAM....SHAKE AND BAKE AND POP AND CRACK.

Disclaimer: New house complete
Home Theater complete (cost as much as a new Z)
Now saving for an engine build

The next setup will have 3 or 4 cams, stock heads, and then ported heads, so we can document the gains for everyone

This setup, with a more aggressive cam, would easily spin the rollers to 710-720. With a FAST LSxR, + 25 to that number. I bet before the year is over, we reach 750+ rwhp.

Nasty.. Can this motor and power level be achieved without the "endurance" spec'd motor or is the added level of oiling parts and endurance modifications necessary to hold this kind of power?

Am I reading the graph wrong??? It looks like 150 more LBFT @ 3,000 and 200 more @ 4,000

That must be one helluva drive.

But will you get 100,000 trouble free miles from that? Seriously, Will it be reliable long term?

Also, what kind of drivetrain mods do you need to reliably handle that power long term?

This was the first motor that we have done. The other two in the pipeline right now will be full on street cars.

I have no doubt that the next one will be just as strong, if not more so depending on the cam.

from kutlo: Disclaimer: New house complete

I like that list. I built my own house in 2001, and I just finished building the home theater myself also.
I love watching F1 races when the car is in a full side shot and with the wheel base of a F1 car at 110" we get a full size F1 car rolling along the screen!!!!!

Back to the engine. Yes, it has 200 ft pounds MORE at 4000 than stock, so push the pedal slowly or have slicks that are warmed up.

Like all power mods like this, the main thing that will push the drive train to the limit is a Standing start drag racing style at a treated drag strip.

Road racing, or just hard driving, I think the diff will be ok. We will keep you posted on that.

The car is headed for the track this weekend, so we will have the driver's impressions next week. As long as he keeps the car on the black part and stays off the Grass.

LG

PS, Don't forget that we can and want to do your basic packages as well as these monsters. We have our trailers ready to come to your town and pick up and deliver your car to you after the mods, so give us a call
