You can remove that lower access panel, then all the bolts and screws that hold the regulator assy to the inner part of the door skin.

Then you lower it and wrestle it around until it slides...

Mallory Unilite help please

I took my Mallory Unilite electronic distributor out , pulled out the plate with the electronic conversion, then removed the plate with the advance stop arms and pulled out the weights and springs....
