On a different note, I'm jealous of you 67 guys. Not having a tank sticker on mine to find, the tank sticker, to me, is like the ultimate decoder ring prize at the bottom of a cereal box. :)

I think you're best off talking to the powder coater you select to do the job. There are so many types of powders out there each with different properties so it will depend on what powder they use...

I wonder if the seals are normally included in the warranty? When I changed my seals, I called Corvette Central first, and they asked me to check the seals (which was the problem) but didn't offer...

No, I didn't have to hone them, the bores were fine. One of the aluminum pistons was corroding however since the bad seal let in dirt and grime.

The seals will still dry up over time. Mine dried up and started to leak, I got a set of seals/springs/and o-rings for 1 caliper from NAPA for $17 dollars.

There is some truth to that. Sometimes bolts are overtightened or belts are overtightened causing extra stress on the pump/bearing.
