What pedal position do you have when you engage/disengage the clutch?

I know if there is too much space between the slave piston and throwout bearing the pedal will travel almost to the floor...

Went to look at a C3 today. It has a non-original VIN plate in the A-pillar, made of aluminum. Has the VIN number and below the vehicle ID it says "Department of Motor Vehicles, State of Florida", on...

You have some KR in there based by the erratic pwoer curve, so you have room for some improvement in tune. Getting the MAF/VE and PE right will get you quite a bit more power based on the AFR...
