It's worth about $45,000 restored. Subtract the cost of what it needs to get it's current value. You can often do better buying a restored one but you will miss the fun (?) or redoing one.

I think you mean the rear quarter trim panels on a coupe. These are fiberboard with vinyl and everyone carries them for about $40.00. Convertibles have molded fiberglass panels to cover the top mech.

I saw a very similar car at the NCRS meet in Albuquerque about 5 years ago. Keep digging. It could be the same car. Very nice. The NCRS Prez Dan Pyzel has been around a long time and may know the car.
