Default Another body expert question...

My front passenger side headlight bucket has a chunk missing out of the right upper corner. Do you guys think a fiberglass repair would hold up on the metal and thin a skim coat of bonding adhesive on the top.

Depends on the size of the chunk. If bigger than a nickle, I'd have a piece welded in by any shop that can weld aluminum.

You can use PC7 epoxy to fill the chip in then, use a light coat of filler over that.
