The car is a 91 L98. I know it is under the dash somewhere. I can't remember if it is the drivers or passengers side, or specifically which one it is.

OK! This is wierd.... I went back to the car and turned the key on to read battery voltage, then, just for grins, I turned it to start. The engine cranked over and started.

Where is this wire? I have a 91 and my service manual mentions it but never zero's in on it's location or how to use it. Unlike earlier C4's, there is no provision in the ALDL to run the fuel pump....
