Pro Clip??

What's wrong with the ProClip?
I had one on my C6, C7, and now C8
As far as I am concerned, they are great — and of course do have the Corvette "tax" added.
Regardless, nicely and work well.

Four and Counting

I've had four — so far. Began with a 1958, then a long jump to a 1995, next was a 2011, and now a 2016. Two have been white and two red. I need a tie-breaker.

Ohio's a great place for...

My 2016 3LT convertible is quiet as a grave; its lack of rattles and so forth is one thing that endears it to me.

Bud's Chevrolet in St. Mary's, Ohio, is a CF sponsor and an excellent dealership. Salesman Tom Hendricks is great. I've bought both a C6 and C7 from him, and I've had all of my Corvette services done...

Great Cover

[I just put mine on my C7 Convertible — going away for a couple of week. This is, by far, the best cover that I've ever had for indoors...easy to store, simple to install.

Best Corvette Dealer?

I very, very seldom post anything, but this topic got me.
I haven't dealt with every Corvette dealer, and I very much doubt that anyone else has. Have you even dealt with the same person?
So I...

The NCM and the factory tour are both well worth the trip IMO. The factory workers are very friendly, and it was a great thrill to see our car on the line. I've been three times, and I'll go back...

Just a note that if you own a convertible, the glare really is pretty bad if you have the top down. The Pioneer also has the tilt feature; you get the choice of either bad glare or really bad glare....

You don't say if yours is a convertible or coupe. I have a Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT, which is a nice, if somewhat overly complicated unit. With the top down, forget about seeing the screen, which...

Congratulations, Tom

I enjoyed every part of our dealing, and I ended up with a beautiful GS convertible—come on warm weather.

Bud's and Tom are the very best!

Bud's Chevrolet

Before I bought my 2011 GS convertible, I visited every Chevrolet dealer in the area. I am sure that others have had different experiences, but I found nothing very satisfying. McDorman once was...

Bud's Chevrolet

I'm sure that many dealers are first-class, and CF supporters are the first thing to look for. I actually visited a rather large local Chevrolet dealer who thought that museum delivery meant that I...

Backup camera interface

I believe that the stock unit has no additional a/v input, so you have to jailbreak the unit, which voids the warranty. It's not that great a unit anyway, especially if you use an iPod or iPhone. I...

Museum photo album-worth it?

It's expensive, but it is well done, and it lasts forever. You cannot take a camera into the factory, so it's the only way to get photographs of your car being built. We did it, and I'm glad that...

So is the Lockpick currently the only way?

As I understand the situation, the stock GM navigation has no video input for a camera. You can install the Lockpick, but I believe that you have to open the navigation unit and void the warranty. ...

So how does museum deliver work

Quite well actually; I picked up mine last Friday. My dealer, Tom Hendericks at Bud's Chevrolet, explained it and helped keep track.
