Then check fuel presure it runs at 39 psi., then leak down went to 37 psi over night.

It Shouldn't take 2 seconds or more to start the engine.

When I changed it to the stand alone it started as soon as the engine started...

there no way its only 190hp it has center bolt...

the casting number is 14093638
i cant find anything on the front, to many pipes,plugs,wires and air conditioning are in the way.

Newer head bolts and light surface rust on the block that match the heads.
