I dyed my grey seats black with stuff from Furniture Clinic (UK company).
One product dyed the leather parts and the vinyl parts. Worked great. Here's a pic:



They started out like this:

Then I used it on my shift **** and steering wheel. It's fantastic stuff.
Expensive, but makes your seats look like factory colors and finish.
