You will be fine, your tint isnt nearly as dark as many I see and they generally dont bother Corvettes. On top of that out of state plate helps out too.

that fluid is normal, its not uniform because the shocks werent sitting straight up and down they were on their side.

Theres nothing wrong with that, its not going to damage the shocks.
