I really like it, and it's original. Breaks up the boring lines on the side of the car. The front and rear of the C6 are where the car really shines, IMO, and this only adds to it.

Assuming "new exhaust" means a catback, I'd say exhaust. New sound will give you many more grins than a CAI. Neither will give you much hp, though.
