gas gauge

The gas gauge on my 1996 was not right once, I just kept driving it since I knew I had a full tank of gas. The problem went away pretty quick. This was years ago, has not returned.

I have a 1985 Corvette. I do not remember a coolant line under the oil pan. Will have to look tonight as the 85 is in my garage and I am at work.

I only use AC Delco batteries in my Corvettes. In checking other battery prices the Delco batteries are less expensive from my local AC Delco parts store. The Delco battery in my 1985 is over 9 years...

tranmission bolt torque

My 1996 Corvette GM shop manual has 97 INCH POUNDS of torque for the transmission bolts. Buy a INCH POUND torque wrench, lots of Corvette bolts use INCH POUNDS, valve cover bolts and oil pan bolts.
