I totally agree, probably its just the two of us but to me if you add "Old Corvette" and even when you come to find out its a 1968 Corvette it makes it sound like a tired or cheap 1968 Corvette....

I had good results with thin stuff (cold torch)...

I had good results with thin stuff (cold torch) but it failed to "weld" two 3/8" with a cutting torch. Maybe I would have had better result if I cleaned the surfaced with acid but the pieces came off...
