I'd find out why it leaked before I did anything. Why do you feel the need to flush the system and change the compressor oil? Was that not done before? Was the dryer changed?

My guess would be that they put the wrong service ports in the line. I don't think I have ever seen an adapter like what you need, but I have never looked for one... a quick search on the net...
