Convertible Top Cover Not Closing

On my 2010 the cover will not completely close unless I push down hard. The electric motor just keeps running. I can find no obstructions.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Firestone dealers in Canada said not available and one U.S. dealer also said not available. Just tried another U.S. dealer - they can have in one day.

The Nav disc is from my original 2010 Nav/radio unit. The technician got a communication error and the NAV screen has a red line through the GPS at the upper left corner.

My installer believed the Nav radio was the wrong unit. I was told by the seller that it was compatible with my 2010 - obviously not true.
