Hi, yes, you can pressure test it with air. Plug one end and put an air line ( pressure gauge at in between air hose an end of fuel line. Pressurize line and see if losses pressure.

Just a point , most LED flashers have the polarity reversed. Unless it specifically states that it is automatically reversing, you need to buy an adapter socket that reverses the polarity or just...
