I realize it is a little unit that attaches to the trans but
Is it 1st gear is the same and 2 3 4 have hi/lo
or is it a 4 speed with a 3 speed spliter like a dump truck

The switch from chrome bumper to soft bumper vettes
man the C5 looked good but the front and rear of the C6 are nasty.
I like the wheels though

That said kellys blue book lists about 14,000 with avg miles which is 85k so you would deduct about 4K so around 10K
It sucks I know the vette market is dead
Im trying to sell my 96 with 94k and ...

rule of thumb for high or low miles add or deduct $1000 for every 10,000 miles above or below average mileage

no upgrades besides a K&N only flaws besides what i would consider normal waer and tear is a loose door panel on the passenger side and 4 cracks in the glass top
tires and transmission are brand new...

that is what mine did when the oil seal bolts backed out and toasted my trans.
as for the flywheel it cost $93 the starter $289 thats without labor
