I flipped mine on the spec racer all the time ... they were dedicated track tires. They only issue will be "maybe" a loss of grip on a wet surface, otherwise not noticeable at all. Great tires.

45 cars on Grand is not too many. 13-15 per mile is normal, especially at VIR.
We ran 40 on Full course, 50 on Grand all the time without issues.
