Need a good tuner suggestion for the Cocoa, FL area

I've been a member here for a long time. I recently sold my highly modded C5 to a friend in Cocoa and he wants to get it 'tuned'. It's a Lingenfelter 403 with all the stuff, forged Callies crank....

I have a 2002 Z06 torque tube and have the rebuild kit from RPM for the 12mm couplers. I'm installing this with a new rear, transmission, clutch, and tranny brace. I'd like to install new 12mm bolts...

Either way it's a fail and it was easier to grind the bolt than to drill and tap the hole. Additionally it happened on 4 batteries with 2 bolts. The original and the replacement.

I've gone through 4 batteries since I've owned the car. I've used a trickle charger when stored for more than a week and disconnected when layed up for the winter. I've gone through 3 OEM batteries...

Could that be the difference between a clutch/fw/pp combo and a flexplate? Still seems heavy unless one has the harness...
