inside corners of front bumper wont stay put

I have a 2006 vette and the inside top corners of the bumper which are near the lights will not stay clipped down, a couple of years ago the body shop replaced a clip and it helped hold it for awhile...

out of curiosity, I have a 2006 and the pictures you have shown are of a newer vette, are the rims on the newer ones still the same widths as mine. Mine are 18 x 8.5 and 19 x 10

mine was solved. also, I torque my lugnuts to 100lbs not 140, that seems a bit high. I once had the clunk you speak of, and it was brake pads, I have heard of many having this issue with brake pads.
