New seat skins
Has anyone ordered genuine leather seat skins from Interior Innovations located in Saginaw, Michigan? I found their website and did some initial inquiries and their products are quite compelling. Does anyone have experience with this business?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks for the message. Please post pix when you get the skins installed. What color did you order? Will you install or have a local upholstery shop do the job? I am looking at his NAPA all leather package but he does not have the titanium I want to go with the ebony (two tone seats).

Will try and install myself. Was told that if you do this slowly and properly strech your pieces it should be fairly easy. I took the two tone ebony/red ( inserts) with red stich. Flags on the headrest and ebrake shift boot , console kit.
Will post pics when done in a few weeks

have not seen that etailer/those seats but have seen some post up on here with seat covers from leatherseats in oklahoma. also some description of quality of leather. seems pretty good. may want to check into them as an alternative. pretty sure they have nappa leather, too.

Have been corresponding with them on ebay for quite some time, if their red was a closer match to cobalt would have already purchased! Love to hear of some actual customers! See some vette installs!

The C6 seats are great to work with, I've done a lot of cover replacements over the years.
MAJOR improvement for a small investment IMHO.
Take a look into OEM GM upper 2/3/4LT seat leathers, ONLY $275-330 from the dealer with the embroidered crossed flags.
I'm doing this now on my Atomic 3LT C6.

Juste started on the driver side tonight. Taking the old skins off was very easy. Installing the back insert was very easy. New skins are thicker and require strength to install. After 5 hours I am done but still need to stretch before installing the tie wraps (to replace hog rings). Will probably be using a heat gun for this second step.
Also the top part required me to use a few screws to firmly attach to the seat. Again the pressure was tearing the cloth attach strip. My C6 is fairly new which may explain why the foam is still ver firm .

Here is the picture before using the heat gun. I think it looks good but will look better with the few remaining wrinkles removes. Will have to reposition the Xmas tree fasteners when using the heat gun.

Feels great. Less "saggy" then the stock one. especially on the bottom part. The only thing I would have done different is changing the foam on the bottom part since I feel that, even with a 2011 C6, its lost some of it's firmness. Will send more pics once both seats are done and installed with console ebrake and shift boot.
