Here's a 12 circuit panel added that is fed directly from the starter. Existing original fuse panel is still being used also.

If you decide on the taller valve covers you will have to drill the bosses for the breather and pcv. It isn't a big deal if you let a machinist do the drilling. You will have to use baffled grommets...

I have one mounted in my console and you can see the shift flash even in daylight with peripheral vision. I would prefer to have it mounted in a pillar gauge pod but it seems no one makes one....

For almost 17 grand I would have expected nothing less than perfect body work and paint. I would contact a lawyer also.

It could be a half shaft u-joint. My 81 made more of a squeaking noise at low speeds but seemed to go away upon acceleration.

This looks like the owner took a universal pod and attached it to the stock pillar, but I could be wrong. You will probably have to do something like this. If you figure something out let me know...

I had Redline make my boot taller for full shifter coverage. JMO, but the redline leather is much much better than the chinese yak junk the other vendors carry. :)

I don't think they offered the extensions when I bought these about 3 + yrs ago. Seems they have added engraving, and inlays also. I might look into the gas pedal H/T extension. :thumbs:
