Default New Coy's C5's are on!!!

What do you guys think. I wasn’t sure about the gray when I ordered them, but now I’m glad I did.

wow those look absolutely stunning. Whats the size, width, backspacing ect. I have been looking into these for quite awhile now, but im not sure how the gray wheels would look with a white corvette. I've read that they are back ordered most of the time and the wheels take months after payment to get delivered. Any troubles here? Car looks amazing with them, these picture are going to be saved on my computer for sure. Also, did you lower the car or do the wheels just make it look that way?

The wheels are 17 X 8 with a 4” back spacing. The tires are Nitto 555 the fronts are 245-45-17 and the rears are 255-50-17. I had heard the same thing on the delivery time. I called Coys wheels and they had the gray in stock and were at my door in 5 days from ordering. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from the guys at Coys. They answered all of my questions and were a big help.

I have lowered the car 2” all the way around.

I took a long hard look at the boss wheels. If they would have come in 17” I would have probably went with them. I just wanted the larger side wall that the 17” offers.

The wheels look great - good job getting the stance right, it makes all the difference in the world.

IMO you have to have some tire showing to fill up the wheel wells. 17's are that ideal size that makes the car look more contemporary while still giving it the 60's muscle car look.

theiskell,
STUNNING.
That is a real nice choice of wheels there. It really sets off the vette
very nicely, I love the silver. I should have my new set up with in a few
days, or so I'm told.
Thanks for sharing,

Riggs.

That looks really nice, I like them but I would also like to see some photos when the sun is out. I know it's not your fault. I'm just putting in a request for more pictures later...hah! I like the stance as well. You have a fine looking Vette.

Yeah it was a pretty crappy day for pictures, but I couldn’t wait to post it up. It blows my mind how much lowering and adding Wheels transforms a car.
