HUD problem

It sounds like you have the dreaded falling HUD. That means the pivot pin has worn and broken. It's a fairly easy fix actually if you're mechanically inclined and have the basic plus tools at home....

You may not have hit it hard enogh. Also, I did mine by myself. The windows are automatic so all you have to do is hit the down button and hit the hammer against the screwdriver pretty hard 3 or 4...

Hey guys,
I'm having a problem with my HUD that I think will require pulling the dash pad off to correct but I'd appreciate any advice before I go through that. My 2002 Vette sat most of the summer...
