Also, You need to "burp" the LT1 engine after doing coolant work. There are screws you need to open a bit to let the air out or you will have an air lock in the system and it will overheat.

I have a 6 speed with 4:10's and it goes great on the interstate. With the tall first gear on the ZF it isn't really steep in first either. Very surprising to me, but I'm glad I made that choice.
