Check that all vacuum hoses were put back on and in the proper spots. Also check carb base gasket is sealed and the correct one.


Sounds like it's leaning out.

What size plug for oil pressure line fitting in top rear on small block?

I had a buddy tell me what a mess he had when his oil pressure line split in his SB Chevy hot rod a few months ago.
It got me to thinking, even with new line, fittings, etc. it could happen.
