Sorry ,can't help you.Mines an'87 and apparently a damn sight simpler than your '92. If the opti has the same ignition module as mine that's another part that can cause the injectors not to pulse.

Pull the fuse for the radio,at least you wont flatten the battery. There's a antenna and drive ribbon available and it's a bitch to fit but it's cheaper than the whole deal.

Quits as soon as the ether is gone.I've put a noid light on several of the injectors and they don't flash when I crank the engine. There is always a 12volt pos to the injectors and the ECM grounds...
