Take a look at the Jeep Liberty taillights. They have the imbedded amber lense. You wouldn't have to do the cutting/gluing, just cut to the needed diameter.

Goodrich Radial T/A 245/60-15 is what I have all the way around on my 69 BB coupe. They ride well and I've never had a problem with them rubbing.
