No issues and the nannies behave the same on 295/30/19F / 325/30/19R as with stock tires. The GT3RS sizes are taller, but worked on his Z07 without issues as well.

I'm at -3.0 degrees front and -2.5 rear. After 3 track days, wear is good with no wandering or weirdness. I also run 0 toe on the front.

A bit more camber might even be better, but it's working...
